Day 1 - Dehradun to Natin, 180km, (7,400 ft) 7 Hours

On Day 1 of the Dayara Bugyal 3 Nights / 4 Days Trek, the journey commences from Dehradun, spanning approximately 180 kilometers. Traveling through scenic routes, the trekking party embarks on a 7-hour journey to reach Natin, situated at an altitude of 7,400 feet above sea level. This leg of the trip offers trekkers a glimpse of the diverse terrain and captivating landscapes as they gradually ascend to their starting point. Upon arrival in Natin, adventurers can acclimate to the altitude and prepare themselves for the exhilarating days of trekking ahead.

Day 2 - Natin To Gui, 4 Kms Trek , (9,500 ft )4-5 Hrs

On Day 2 of the Dayara Bugyal 3 Nights / 4 Days Trek, the journey progresses from Natin to Gui, covering a distance of approximately 4 kilometers. The trek begins at an altitude of 9,500 feet and is expected to take around 4 to 5 hours to complete. If you are able to Jog 5 kms in 30 minutes, your stamina is good to go. You can prepare yourself by running and doing cardio exercises.  

How to i prepare myself for this trek?

This is a moderate to difficult trek and will require physical strength , Recommendation to get physically fit is to start working out atleast a month before the trek.  

To gain stamina, you can try Cardio and running along with stretching every day to strengthen your muscles and work on your flexibility. 

If you are able to Jog 5 kms in 30 minutes, your stamina is good to go.
